Tuesday, July 08, 2003 I hate to keep harping on the weather, but my goodness it's been awesome the last few days. Clear blue sky and temperatures at or just above 80 degrees -- at least at the dog park. Perhaps a few degrees cooler near the water. Temperatures this warm aren't unusual in summer in Fairbanks, but here in Anchorage an exceptionally nice day would be in the 70's, being near the water and all. Of course for the same reason our winters are milder than the interior, too. The newspaper says to expect more of the same tommorow, and the rest of the week, though forecasted to cool off a bit, looks pretty decent as well.
